Time has come to become operational!
The Lamy report issued on the 1st of July 2017 set 11 recommendation among which the following: "8. Mobilise and involve citizens - Action: stimulate co-design and co-creation through citizen involvement."
According to you what would be the most useful thing to do at European level to operationalise such recommendation in order to maximise the EU added value?
How do you see the complementarities between the different governance levels from local to global?
