The guidelines aim to provide information and tools to prevent harassment in all its forms, with the goal of transforming higher education institutions into more egalitarian and women-friendly environments for both men and women.

The guidelines include definitions of the different forms of harassment; examples of behaviours that could be qualified as harassment; advice for victims, faculty and decision makers and a list of resources.

  2. Detect - provides guidelines for detecting the different types of harassment.
  3. Take Action - outlines how to face, address and find solutions to harassment situations whether you are a victim of harassment, you are in a position of responsibility for a victim of harassment or you are a teacher and harassment occurs among your students.
  4. Resources - lists legal documents and websites for further information.
