SUMMARY ✎
COMPASS co-creation method kit - Helps you develop your own responsible innovation action plan!
The COMPASS co-creation method kit supports companies in embedding responsible practices in their innovation strategies. The method kit contains the co-creation method booklet, describing the method step-by-step, and a webinar, including a concise introduction to the co-creation process, followed by experience-based pieces of advice for facilitators.
1. Co-creation method booklet
This co-creation method booklet is for the use of Business Support Organisations or others keen to support companies in designing Roadmaps towards RI. Yet, companies wishing to set up an internal lab can of course use the same methodology and adjust it according to their realities.
In light with RI principles, this toolkit was co-created by the COMPASS team together with stakeholders in an iterative and constructive process.
The kit presents the following information:
- A generic introduction to what RI is and resources to additional information
- The methodology for co-creating Roadmaps towards RI
- Some tips on the facilitation of the methodology
- Annexes with all the material you will need for running your RI Labs
2. Co-creation online crash course
The COMPASS online crash course on co-creation methods aimed at helping companies to embed responsible practices in their innovation strategies. The webinar provided CEOs, innovation managers and innovation support organisations that wish to align their (clients’) innovation with the needs of society, with a concise introduction to the COMPASS co-creation process, followed by experience-based pieces of advice for facilitators.
Presentation slides available are:
- Introduction to the webinar and COMPASS project. Chiara Davalli (EBN)
