Rome-SIS Conference (2014), Rome-SIS Declaration
The Rome-SIS Declaration originated in the Rome-SIS 2014 Conference, focused on the evolution of EU funded activities and policies on Responsible Research and Innovation. The declaration constitutes a concluding document tackling among others the following issues:
- prompting new governance strategies for science and scientific institutions;
- fostering Research Integrity in Europe;
- defining new tools for understanding society, forecasting changes and ameliorating the exchange between science and society.
