The ROAR website, whose layout is very sober and minimalistic, allows users to:
- perform ‘simple’ searches or specify a full range of fields in the ‘advanced’ search, including country, discipline and type of repository (e.g., e-journal, institutional, multi-institutional)
- view entries added in the past week
- browse entries by country, year, repository type, institutional association and repository software
- add new repositories (after registering for an account)
- explore repositories in Google Maps using Repository66.
