STAGE ✎
Based on the analysis of good practices, project INTEGER identified key challenges encountered in the design and implementation of transformational gender action plans, and elaborated guides and templates on how to address those challenges. The INTEGER guidelines provide diverse resources (tools and links, as well as a glossary and a database of ambassadors and experts) to help users design and implement such plans.
These action tools are organised around four steps—plan, do, check and act—and are designed for peer research and higher education institutions seeking to improve the position and progression of women researchers through the implementation of gender action plans.
