The introduction provides useful definitions for each method, and a set of 19 cards describes the methods themselves. The two-page cards provide basic information on the aim and features of each method as well as details (e.g., time horizons, steps involved, useful hints, expertise needed) and requirements (e.g., timing, participant numbers, equipment). Three diagram cards are also provided.
