FOSTER. Facilitate Open Science Training for European Research

Uploaded by RRI Tools on 01 November 2015

From 01/02/2014 to 31/01/2016
FOSTER is a project designed to support young researchers, established scholars, librarians, library managers, and other stakeholders, in adopting open access in the context of the European Research Area (ERA) and in complying with the open access policies and rules of participation set out for Horizon 2020. FOSTER will enable its stakeholders to contribute to the growing holdings of freely-accessible research papers in Europe, to share and preserve their data productively, and will prepare them to engage with and develop new knowledge communities in the digital age.

The project has developed an e-learning platform that brings together training resources for those who need to know more about Open Science, or who need to develop strategies and skills for implementing Open Science practices in their daily workflows.
